Project Manager Remote

Currently seeking a full-time, fully remote IT Project Manager to aid in the procurement, planning, execution, and implementation of Epic at a recently acquired hospital under the client site. This position may also be used to backfill current projects as needed to allow in-house staff to devote time to the implementation.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare IT and/or public sector project management
  • 5 or more years verifiable experience leading complex projects within healthcare domain
  • Proven track record in vendor management, collaboration with IT staff and clinicians
  • Knowledge of analysis methods to estimate project cost, resources, time and deliverables

Epic Application Coordinator Remote

Currently seeking a full-time, fully remote Epic Application Coordinator for the implementation and post-live stabilization and optimization of a recently acquired hospital site. The go-live for the new site is slated for the first quarter of 2025, with Epic (HealthLink) as the Electronic Medical Record.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of Epic application build and Epic implementation experience at a health system in one or more of the following modules: Radiant, Willow/Willow Inpatient, Willow Inventory, Professional Billing and/or Professional Billing Claims, Charge Router, OpTime, Anesthesia, Inpatient, ASAP/ClinDoc, HIM( HIM ROI, HIM Hospital Coding, HIM Deficiency Tracking)
  • Experience in business analysis and project management
  • Epic implementation at a health system/hospital
  • Experience with safety net hospitals
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of assigned tasks with minimal guidance

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify and document business and technical requirements
  • Define, document and execute new or revised workflow build within the system

  • Ensuring interoperability between Epic applications and other supporting applications, including consideration of inbound and outbound interfacing functions
  • Designing, developing, modifying and implementing testing processes including scripts, recording of results and facilitating end-user testing
  • Providing information to instructional designers to facilitate training
  • Documenting work time and progress according to department procedures, such as through remote activity logs and build tracking documents

Epic Go-Live Consultants (On Site) Massachusetts

Currently seeking Epic go-live support analysts with experience in assisting and supporting end users with Epic application issues and departmental workflows during a four-week go-live for a client health system. All support will be provided on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily on-site Tier 1 support to end users on a variety of application issues, escalating to support teams as necessary
  • Identify, research, and resolve Epic application issues
  • Respond to end-user questions or issues regarding clinical aspects of Epic applications, such as workflow issues, application errors, user access, etc.

Remote IT Support Agent Remote

Currently seeking skilled candidates with strong problem-solving abilities for both full-time and part-time Remote IT Support Agent positions supporting hospital and health system users. Agents must display good interpersonal skills as they interact with users from various hospital departments, including executive levels. Agents must listen to users' technical needs, understand their problems, and implement and document resolution for them.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote support to users as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
